Before you return a Nayan product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, craftsmen, and women in rural areas resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other due to human involvement in the process of making.

At Nayan, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Even with varying factors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-days money-back guarantee** from the date of delivery.

Before returning an item, please review our return policy:

Return Notification:

Contact Nayan Boutique within 2 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp (07570550556) or email (nayanboutiquelondon@gmail.com).

Clearly state if you want an exchange or refund.

Return Timeframe:

Return period starts from the day you have received/the product delivery date .
Returns after 14 days of delivery will not be processed.

Return Fees:

£2.99 per item: If the return is due to size issues, personal preference, or any other reason besides damage.

Return Condition:

Original packaging, unopened, and tags attached.
Return Cost:
Covered by the buyer.
Loss in Value:
Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition or lost in return

Non-refundable items:

Jewelry sets with earrings (including individual earrings) – due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items – Not Eligible for Returns: Items marked Sale have been discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights
Standard Customised Clothing – ready-to-wear saree, Ready Made blouse, Saree with readymade blouses.

Refundable items (with conditions):

A £2.99 shipping and administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
You must contact Nayan Boutique within 2 days of receiving the delivery to initiate the return process (either via WhatsApp or email).
Nayan Boutique tags must be left on the product, otherwise, the return won’t be accepted.

Returning Defective Products

We inspect all items before shipping, but if your package arrives damaged or faulty, please report it to us within 24 hours. Send a WhatsApp message or email to nayanboutiquelondon@gmail.com with photos. Returns without timely photo evidence will not be accepted
